SHIPPING METHODS :
We can ship items direct from Hong Kong to any part of the Philippines. This shipping method is applicable for items currently out of stock in our Philippine website or in PRE-ORDER status but is available here in our Hong Kong office or our partner shops.
Shipping Options available upon checkout:
1. ON STOCK ITEMS in Cebu Shop - select this option if the status indicate that it is ON STOCK. Order will be processed and dispatched in Cebu.
2. ONLY FOR AEG/GBB Orders for Metro Manila - select this option if you are purchasing a PRE-ORDER product and delivery is within M.Manila. Order will be processed and dispatched in our HK Office.
3. ONLY FOR AEG/GBB Orders for Luzon - select this option if you are purchasing a PRE-ORDER product and delivery is in Luzon. Order will be processed and dispatched in our HK Office.
3. ONLY FOR AEG/GBB Orders for Vis/Min - select this option if you are purchasing a PRE-ORDER product and delivery is Visayas or Mindanao. Order will be processed and dispatched in our HK Office.
4. Use this for Parts and Accessories - select this option if you are purchasing a PRE-ORDER Part and/or Accessory product. Order will be processed and dispatched in our HK Office.

* Please note that shipping time is calculated from the pick up date to delivery date. Not from the date of payment. We will not process orders with incorrect shipping option, we will contact the buyer for any adjustment on the shipping option and shipping cost.
* If in doubt about this options, please email us or contact our Cebu Office.
* For items in stock in our Philippine website and shop, we will ship it within the next 48 hours. Provided that there are no special request or mods to be taken.
* We will email or SMS the buyer once orders are dispatched.

PAYMENT METHODS :
 PayPal and Credit Card Payments - automatically redirects you to the PayPal Website. You can choose to pay using your Credit Card: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX or simply log on to your PayPal Account.
 Bank Transfer - we will email you the bank details for payment transfer. It normally take 1 to 3 banking days for the bank to clear the payment. As soon as payment is cleared we will start processing your order.
 Western Union Money Transfer - you need to pay cable charge for the transfer. Money is automatically credited but it takes us at least a day to claim the money from the nearest Western Union Money outlet. As soon as we are able to claim the money we will process orders immediately.
